“OAK RIDGE PLACE” CONDOMINIUMS
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:

• Clients/Owners are permitted one (1) pet provided that the pet does not disturb others and that the pet is less than 25 lbs.  The Oak Ridge Place Condominium Homeowner’s Association may adopt additional restrictions to assure that a pet will not be a nuisance to other owners.
• The Monthly Association Fee for the condominium owners has not been ascertained, but estimates are about 30 cents per square foot. Therefore, a 2000 square foot condominium owner will pay a monthly association fee of about $600, which includes heat.
• The “Social Room” will be located adjacent to the Lobby/Foyer on the main floor.  Equipped with a generous-sized Kitchenette, the owners are welcome to schedule parties and get-togethers. The interior design and furnishings will be coordinated by Joy Cacicia, Phone 952-896-2141 of Marshall Fields Edina Studio.  The “Social Room” will include stylish game tables with comfortable side chairs as well as numerous, upholstered chairs and sofas.  Indirect lighting and task lighting will be designed by Jim Marvy. A gas-log fireplace surrounded by a floor to ceiling ledgestone fireplace face will accentuate the character of the room.  Adjacent to the Social Room, a Media Room will feature a 60” plasma TV with surround sound and theater seating.
• The Exercise Room will be located on the 2nd Floor and will feature a variety of equipment.  A television and a drinking fountain will help the owners enjoy their time.

• We are encouraging our clients to work with Melanie Greenstein (952-933-2555) on the sale of their existing homes, townhomes or condominiums.  An experienced Realtor, Melanie’s knowledge of new construction detailing and scheduling is particularly helpful in guiding our clients to “time” the sale of the their existing homes with the completion of their new home at “Oak Ridge Place” Condominiums.
• Secondly, we are designating Joy Cacicia of Marshall Fields (Southdale Studio) to coordinate and assist our “Oak Ridge Place” Condominium clients with their interior design.  Joy’s talents range from very Contemporary to authentic Traditional! Joy resides in Mendota Heights and she will be delighted to meet you at your existing home to see your desires and preferences. Her office telephone # is 952-896-2141 and her cell phone is 612-414-7217.  At our expense, 20 hours of Joy’s consulting time is included by us with all Reservation clients.
